I received the ottoman and it was packed very tightly. I had to open the inner box to get it. Anyway, I started collecting it. I screwed on the legs, but then I noticed that one of the legs was missing the rubber bottom protector. Three others had it, and they were so nailed down that someone just forgot to install it. Now the ottoman was shaky. I had to remove three more rubber nails and use pads on all four legs. I don't know how it happened or if it was an isolated case. I didn't bother to contact the manufacturer and already ripped the box open so I decided to just check the item so the manufacturer can verify their quality control. Otherwise the ottoman appeared to be well made and I'll see how it holds up.
