This hair is very soft and silky. I loved the fast shipping and the price was OUTSTANDING. For the price you would expect less and I buy my hair from many retailers and this has become my new favorite. They also send VERY luxurious style lashes (which I've never tried but can't wait for!). I also love that they add a thank you note to the order which makes you feel like they really appreciate your business instead of just shipping your order with no thank you. I think I appreciate the little things. I can definitely recommend and will order again. The only negative is that there was short hair here and there but I'm not worried about that as the wig I make will still be layered so it won't really be that way. clear.
