I was looking for something to stabilize shots for my DSLR. I couldn't justify paying that much for a motorized gimbal, but I didn't want to pay for a top-end steadicam either. So I bought this one and it was great! It will take a long time to balance at first, but after you've done it 2 or 3 times and start understanding what needs to be changed, it's really quite easy and quick. I love it! The quality is excellent and my footage comes out very stable. Isn't that all we've come to expect from a steadicam?
