Review on 🪑 HON Basyx Attire Commercial-Grade Executive Office Chair in Grey Fabric by David Guerrero

Bought this office chair, it's just great. My husband has a 2014 "I pulled that out of the trash" office chair in our office and the thing is on its last legs and the skin has almost completely peeled off and the thing wobbles and if you try to lean in it, it feels like banging your head on the floor at the end. So I was looking for a new chair. I'm aging terribly - I didn't know that a good office chair can be expensive if it's not a 'junk' chair and when I bought a chair I was shocked by the stickers. Before I stumbled across this chair, I had a secret lab chair in my shopping cart for several months, but couldn't justify the price. Even if this executive chair in commercial quality is not priced at the level of the secret laboratory chair, I find the color really appealing. I love this light gray color and it suits our slightly dark office. The fabric is soft to the touch and I noticed that there are zip closures - although I haven't had a chance to test my theory, I believe the fabric covers can be removed and washed. If that's true, then that's a really nice feature because even with the air conditioning on, I'm still sweating when I'm sitting in my office. Snap the rolling balls into place. My husband had to be on the floor and was able to snap them in on the first try - it was magic but I'm definitely helping by loosening them up or something. My husband was very hesitant to assemble this chair and grumbled about walking on the floor with me until he saw the instructions. Directions are GREAT. Each part is labeled and even includes extra screws. But the best? Under the seat it says which side is the front which my husband who assembles chairs for people in his office told me this is a big problem for his job because it is easy to assemble the chairs when the seat inside is the wrong direction, which is hard to tell until you sit on it and wonder why it's so uncomfortable. I'm 5'4", so pretty small. I love that I can set this on the highest level and dangle my legs. Our old chair doesn't allow for that, so I always felt smothered when sitting. It would be nice if the armrests were also padded but they work. The chair glides really well too. It has already been rolled out around the house and I got "a jar of experience". Very happy with this chair.
