I am cautiously giving this belt 4 stars after only using it once. I only filled one bottle for a 5 mile run. It also contained my phone. The strap stayed in place the entire distance without needing to be readjusted or tightened. I didn't have to wear it past a comfortable level either. I've been listening to music through a Bluetooth headset and haven't had any dropouts - the connection to the listener on the neck has always been good. The water from the bottle was a bit tasty. looks a bit like plastic, although I washed it in the dishwasher and rinsed it half a dozen times before refilling it right before running. But not that bad. The only thing I have to watch out for a little longer, even on longer runs, is sweat management. When I run, I sweat a lot off my head, down my chin and on my stomach, and the phone in the zip pocket gets really wet. That being said I think it was a worthwhile purchase and investment if you're looking for an easy solution to stay hydrated during your mid-distance runs. For longer runs (half marathon and beyond) two bottles just won't hold enough water and you can't easily add more bottles to this strap. Update 16 months later: I didn't use this belt much because I rarely run. over 6 km. When I use it, I notice that the plastic taste hasn't gone away. Another thing that confused me and made me deduct a star is the headphone cable routing. I listen to music and I can't put my Pixel 3XL in my shoulder bag because there isn't a hole for the phone cord where I need it.
