This drill arrived the day after my order. It was securely packed. Comes with a carry bag for easy storage. It comes with good beats. I prefer ceramics. They are easy to change inside and outside. Pretty light and has a clip so you can have it on hand when you need it. I love how easy it was to hold securely in my hand. This is pretty low noise unless you go to the highest settings, which I would never use. Has change of direction left/right. What I like best is the long battery life! I've been using it every other day for a week and I'm still at 100% battery. I'm not a pro, but this nail drill has changed my nail game! Hope that helps.
