I ordered my first one in June as my college has continued to operate online and my internship has also been moved to home office unless I need to use specific analytics software. I love this monitor as it meets my needs of expanding my workspace from my laptop screen especially in my engineering classes and work. Good quality when playing with my switch. As everyone has mentioned the speakers suck so I just use my laptop speakers or wear Bluetooth headphones. I ordered a second one and shipped it in an Amazon box but the box was broken on one corner of the package when I received the item. . I felt this is normal as the item was supposed to be wrapped in paper or something. Opened it up and there was a single sheet of paper that "protected" the monitor from movement or damage. I turn it on and there was green paint in the corners like someone took a green spray can and painted the corners.
