Well, the nice idea of cutting out an entire door was difficult for me, but that's not the point. My problem with this product is that it DOES NOT STAY on the door! Ugh the second day the thing was on the floor in pieces very annoying also new update my big gold F1 drawing knocks the product off the door no matter how much or what type of tape I use then goes straight through the hole. So much for keeping them out of the cat room! I think this product must have had some kind of connecting device to allow the two parts to connect. I can't believe I spent so much on plastic pieces that just have to stick to the wall. If there is one out there that has hardware or a way to properly attach it to a door I would recommend you try it!
