This hose was very difficult to install and one of the outlets said it was very easy to install. There were no installation instructions and only stone bolts were provided to install the item, so it could only be installed on concrete. Most people who buy them install them on wood on the wall of their garage. There were reviews that the item was rusty when received, but I didn't read those reviews until I bought the item. mine also arrived partly rusty but still in good condition so i decided to keep it for now unless something happens. I tried to find the manufacturer's contact details but couldn't find it. revenge After using my own gear and figuring out how to install it myself, the hose reel seems to be working great. The hose reel is advertised as very strong steel and very strong, but I've had a DeWalt hose reel that was much more durable than this. I would suggest sticking with DeWalt although it is a bit pricey. The hose reel does not look cheap, but at the same time it is not heavy steel.
