I bought these tights for my 5 year old daughter for her dance performance. Despite being labeled 4-7, these tights were too small for my 5 year old. Meanwhile I have to say my daughter is 46 inches tall which is quite a lot for her age but 7 is still a huge exaggeration. I ended up buying a larger size and giving the ones I made to my daughter's younger classmate. And were very happy with the quality of the tights. They survived several dress rehearsals and concerts. So I would recommend these tights.
