Works as intended for an aftermarket entertainment system update with some imperfections

This AI kit works as intended but has some imperfections. The first small issue is the assembly - whoever did the LED wiring left out the AC control switches because they left dried hot glue and wiring in the path of the AC switches - so you'll have to remove some of the glue and then move apart from wiring to make room for your switches, it doesn't matter. The main downside in the photos is that the push rods that hold the unit in your dash fall off. One fell off the first time I removed it while I was installing the device, and the second shortly after. To remove the metal clips transferred from the old device, they must be bent. The pins on this device will not hold because the adhesive between the pin and bezel is weaker than the force required to bend the spring tabs. So you'll have to come up with your own modification to keep the device in place and still be able to service it. For this reason I would recommend the more expensive version of the Metra, which does not have this disadvantage. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002BEYFE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the Metra because my swiveling touchscreen mount interfered with the defroster switch on the Metra. .
