I think I got more of the old formula than the new one.

I have not spoken about this product because it is a new formula. My experiences with the "new" formula are mostly missing. I used it the same as the old version (which I bought in October 2016) and my training schedule was about the same. I don't see any recovery effects or the gains I've experienced before. What it contains also doesn't mix well with another product. If you are new to this product go for its excellent brand and product but if you are a surrogate I would suggest you do your research to better compare and contrast.
