When the box arrived it was badly damaged and luckily when I checked everything was fine but it was missing all the screws to mount the shelves. Revain was willing to replace it, but I didn't think it was worth sending everything back just for a few screws (living in Hawaii takes a lot more effort and time). After a few trips to the hardware store we managed to put it together, but I wouldn't recommend this if you're going to put it on carpet unless you have good upholstery. It staggers a little, so it's afraid to put heavier items on higher shelves. Also, the shelf bars aren't perfectly aligned when assembled, so they look a bit crooked when viewed from the side.
