I mainly use it as a dust cover when storing my bike indoors so I can't comment on how well it works against the rain and wind outside. The construction is good and it fits snugly but not too tight even without the use of attached bindings. It covers everything well, only the bottom 6 inches or so of the tire is exposed, the product photo is a fairly accurate representation. Good value for money.
