Easy assembly. I started at three and used the included bit with my drill. It took two pairs of pliers to disconnect, add extra lengths and take it apart once I'm done. I used 18 sticks for my work, it helped when another person fed the brush back while I was at the end of the drill when it got so long. The brush removed the lint that was lodged in the stiff tube I was cleaning. It was very nice to hear the brushes banging against the side panels and see the lint come out. I couldn't believe we had a huge pile of fluff left over! I think I replaced my dryer and didn't need to when my vent pipe was just full of lint. My dryer always took two cycles to dry my clothes and now I know why. Save some money and clean your vent before replacing your dryer.
