First of all, attaching the tape was easy. They had to apply it in such a way that it didn't overlap or create wrinkles in the tape. I didn't use a nipple cover because unfortunately you could see it through my dress (so yeah the tape was on my nipples lol). It's not enough for me), so I apply more to trim as needed. I had the tape in the club for about 6 hours and passed out when I got home! TAPE REMOVAL. It hurts... when it's stuck on your skin, the removal process is a PAIN. I would recommend shaving the area before applying the tape. If you are hairy I will pray for you 😂. cause oh I would recommend using an oil remover. (I didn't have one) so I took a shower and ran the water (hot water) down while holding my chest and peeling back the tape. It helps a lot! It took some skin, but it wasn't enough to make you cry. I had a bit of adhesive residue that was difficult to remove, but a little body scrub and shower gel did the trick. I would recommend this tape. But it would be nice if it included something to remove the tape.
