I was disappointed when the bag arrived. It photographs well but is quite shiny and reddish brown, which I wasn't expecting. However, I was willing to live with these things - I see them as part of online shopping, not personally. But soon after I started wearing them (within the first 2 weeks) I noticed that one side of the front handles was slipping. I reduced the weight by removing the tablet and was able to put it back. But soon he started slipping again. This side of the handle fell off yesterday. The front handles are not securely attached to the bag but are held in place by metal hardware/piping at the front.
