Something goes wrong with this PC every day and I've had it less than a month. My current problem is that my mouse and keyboard don't work on slotted USB sticks. So I have to keep switching the USB to try and get the job done. Technical support has done nothing, the computer recognizes that this is a problem but has absolutely no solution. It doesn't look like the picture, the only RGB part is the GPU and the water pump, the rest doesn't light up, there's a scam and you won't be informed about that part. On the first day you couldn't hear what it was which was a plus and on the third day it was audible and loud... the on/off button is so touchy and badly placed that you can turn it off the wrong way by the way , because I constantly have to switch USB to mouse and keyboard. I click on it not even knowing what I'm clicking on and now the whole computer shuts down not to mention freezes due to its poor design. All in all, don't buy this computer!
