Review on Cool Toner Compatible Cartridge Replacement Computer Accessories & Peripherals by Haji Anderson

I previously gave this product 2 stars in a review because the toner does not come with a chip and I have to take the time to understand the chip and then just remove and put its find. do not register at the copier. I have no idea when a cartridge runs out of toner. After looking for tools to extract and insert the chip, I found that they were included, but at the bottom of the box. I loved that tools were included, but not so great that they were in the bottom of the box. I understand that HP toners cost two or three times as much, so overall it's not that hard to remove and insert the chip, and it's not too inconvenient not to know in advance when the toner will run out. Also this Cool Toner supplier gave me a lot of support after reading my first review. I appreciate that they turn to me to fix things. The images above show the yellow and black toner that was replaced, along with a picture of the approximate toner levels in the cartridge and the tools included in the kit. I have ordered Cool Toner many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They really care and I appreciate that. Thank you!
