The jewelry is too small to keep the piercing open on both sides.
The nose rings are too small to reach the other side of the nostril so they slip out easily. The hoops are so small that they completely cover the nose. So when you stretch them, they don't go all the way. Don't buy them if you want to keep your nose ring hole open.
