These are the perfect pads! Adds just the right amount of cushion for relief. Not too thick, not too hard and not too thin or soft. I was concerned the foam would not be breathable and make me sweat but no! I'm happy :) Smoothes the skin, keeps it clean and makes it more comfortable.
