Overall I like the hand strap. It's comfortable enough for the circumstances and easy to put on and take off. It seems well constructed, but I've only had it a week so haven't used it much and I haven't washed it yet. It is easily adjustable depending on the comfort and needs of the arm/hand. Having issues with arthritis and tendonitis, I love thumb wraps that help stabilize my hand and forearm. There are a few things that would be helpful: 1) The strap that goes around the neck and back is twisted and cannot be rotated to keep the entire strap straight. This may not bother some people, but it bothers me and makes me a little uncomfortable. 2) I'm a small person so I have to tighten the strap a lot which means I can't easily reach the velcro to undo it (which is now resting on my left shoulder blade) when I take the strap off. I would benefit from a seat belt release in the front so I don't injure myself more and cause more pain.
