First off, getting this thing out of the can is quite difficult. It's thin and I used my fingers to pick it up and it was all over. Small things have a big impact. It kind of foams up. However, the smell is what turns it off. My husband didn't want to come near me. The small seeds aren't really big enough to give a good exfoliating effect and were a hassle to wash off. They were in my hairline. Although the face became cleaner and smoother. Still, it's not my favorite. I like the gel mask that this company makes.
