It's definitely a 10!
I have a 53 year old coarse red/grey hair that is overused from bleaching it for 5 years. This is one of the few shampoos that doesn't dry out your hair. It also controls frizz and makes my hair shiny. My hair feels so soft and silky. I've tried everything from private salon brands to Redken, IGK, Bumble & Bumble and many more; I think this product is really excellent value for money.
