I bought this for a Halloween princess costume for my 3 year old granddaughter. I liked that the tip of the wand was soft so it wouldn't hurt anyone when it poke her little brother's eye. The garland is quite large and kept falling off her head - she has quite a large head. It fit me well so I would say this is an adult garland. Overall well done.
