Review on 🚗 Enhanced Bluetooth Car Kit by Kinivo BTC450 - Hands-Free Adapter with 3.5mm Aux Input, Apt-X Technology by Albert Tucker

Turns on and connects automatically when you start the car. You need $2 for a cassette adapter.

Auto power on and pairing when vehicle starts. All you have to do is follow the prompts to complete the initial pairing with your phone and then leave your new device plugged into the cigarette lighter. From now on you'll never have to deal with it again. Exactly what I was looking for. I listen to podcasts while driving. I don't call often so can't comment on how well it works for phone calls. - It sends a small beep (not intrusive) through the stereo when paired. - Pairing takes about 5 seconds. from the moment you turn the key. A very small thing. I didn't have any connection problems. The sound is ok, like a wired one. - Turns off when you turn off the engine, no internal battery. This is actually preferable for my purposes. Supplied with two adhesive strips (one extra). I don't normally trust these adhesives but so far they seem to be very strong on my dash. You can always use super glue or another stronger glue to improve the stickiness of the glue. This small device has an audio jack. So if your stereo (like mine) doesn't have an auxiliary jack and you're using one of these cassette adapters that also have a jack, you'll need one of these: B004C87WQ6. Use it to connect the jack plug of your cassette adapter to the jack plug of your new Bluetooth device. Otherwise you will have two plugs and you will not be able to connect them.
