Perfect fit. Moderately lightweight, cool birthday wear for when the summer heat hits. The sequins fell apart, I had to sew them on tighter. The seams on the inside of the skirt are loose and sag when wearing buckled sandals. The cotton thread is weak and full-length stitched, which makes it messy, and if it breaks anywhere, most of the patterns and sequins can come loose or unravel. This is a regular skirt for home or casual wear. Wash VERY gently and line dry inside out without wringing.
