- replaced this with a new one and I downgraded the rating to 1 star. If you see the picture, the mount failed in 3 places (circled in red). Each of them is a critical failure - the mount will not function properly if one of them fails. All in all, don't worry. Find something made out of polymer as that cheap plastic thing doesn't last long. It lasted just over a month before it broke. The main reason for the failure of these devices is a small bracket that is located on the main part of the wheel. It keeps the other items in place in the dishwasher basket. This part fell off after a month. You can still use it, but it's unstable and you can lower or raise the top shelf. Look for another. This one doesn't fit.
