It charges but has a crazy noisy fan that won't stop or slow down.

The fan is running loudly. how annoying is the noise in the next room. That seems to be too much for a 150W device. Not tied to actual temperature either, so it's noisy when on even after charging is complete. The price is right, but I'm looking for another solution.

Pros

The maximum operating temperature of the product is 40℃. The charger body is made of high quality plastic, smooth appearance and no impurities.
