Works as advertised but is VERY heavy

I love the multiple controls on the dryer and how the diffuser fits snugly in the dryer and doesn't slip or come loose. What I don't like is that the dryer is heavy and with the controls on the handle, it's awkward to hold the dryer while in use. If you use the handle you change the drying settings, if you hold the attachment it can get hot and you have less control, and if you just hold the end of the handle past the controls you have less control.
