I bought it with a doubting mind and when I arrived I was very surprised by the quality of the hair clipper, the lifter and the packaging. I bought two without hesitation and no regrets. The most important part is knowing how to use it properly and not expecting to fix an issue with an application. Wet the nail with warm water first until the nail is soft, then lift the corner to slowly push the remover in until it gets a good grip. Slowly tighten the screw until you feel the nail is straight or clean. Allow some time for the nail to take shape and do this at least once a day until the nail is clean and in good condition. This isn't one-day magic, so be careful before using it. I'm glad I was able to fix my toenail from deformed growth after my toenail ripped out.
