I guess I shouldn't have expected much for the price offered. I suppose they would be fine for a child but as an adult wanting to experiment with watercolor pencils before buying more expensive pens I was very disappointed. Pencils crumble when drawing and often break off. When water is added to colored areas on paper, the color doesn't blend well (looks almost like ordinary pencils). When water is added to paper, it warps and warps. This is very frustrating and I will be looking for new and different pens as soon as possible.
