I tried everything, more and more. I followed the instructions, their online instructions, YouTube videos, random user suggestions, implemented my own ideas (degree in computer science) and for all my life I can't connect this damn lamp to wifi. Many users here are clearly successful hence the high rating, but something strange is going on. I'm technically savvy, both in hardware and software. There was nothing I could do to get this lamp to connect to WiFi, it absolutely refuses. I literally tried for hours. I reset routers and modems. I disabled and enabled various router features. I used WiFi extenders. I did EVERYTHING and this lamp does not connect to Wi-Fi. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Maybe you're lucky and it works. But if not, it will never work. I have about a dozen smart devices at home, and they all connect to my WiFi with no problems. My mother was able to connect other devices with technical problems. The fact that this thing won't connect like everything else tells me this isn't user error, it's a software bug in the device itself. It's a decent table lamp I suppose, but the premium price is for connecting to yours Wi-Fi that you can control from your phone or personal voice assistant. It's so absurd. Look elsewhere, for your own good.
