I am a professional trainer and am looking for a replacement hard collar since the old TriTronics bark restraints were discontinued. After a few days of research, I bought it based on the spec list, specifically because it had different tip sizes and a bark counter. While the device worked during testing (with the tool on), I left it on the dog for 3 days, observed 3 rounds of barking from 30 seconds to 3 minutes first hand (dozens of barks each time) and the device was never delivered through single stimulation . The collar was fitted correctly, adjusted twice and NOTHING. I also charged it as advertised prior to first use. When first turned on, it showed that the battery level is low. Nice design and feature set - they didn't suit me at all. Not sure if I had a defective block or if they will have to return to the drawing board but it is being returned and I will continue my search for a professional, reliable bark collar.
