I didn't even know I needed one of these until my doctor recommended it. It definitely seems to help make sure I don't make my carpel tunnel problem worse overnight (archery injury). Easy to understand, convenient. It has microbeads that fit in the palm of your hand, so it's very comfortable! The only potentially uncomfortable part is the stiffness of the strap, which can sometimes rub and scratch other bare skin when moving. It's probably in every design so I don't know how to avoid it. I don't wake up and scratch myself with it, but it seems like it happened. (depending on what you wear or don't wear to sleep) My injury is almost healed but it's quite comfortable so I'll keep wearing it just in case.
