Review on 🔒 Universal Receiver Lock - Trimax TS32 - 1/2" and 5/8" with Stainless Steel Sleeve by Jonathan Unruh

I have used this twice exactly - on a sunny day last summer and another this spring, always with the rubber cap on. On the second attempt to take it off, the key only turned about 45 degrees, so it wouldn't unlock. Then I tried a second key which I noticed was a slightly different number and again it stopped at 45 degrees but didn't turn to remove the key. I ended up having to cut it off with a saw, which took a few seconds. So 1) the locking mechanism was poor, 2) shipping with different key numbers was sloppy at best and 3) the metal rod was ridiculously easy to cut. cut through At least if the locking mechanism worked it would look safe. Also, these barrel keys/locks with a bic handle are so easy to pick that they should not be used to protect anything of value.
