Amazing quality - silky smooth and beautifully finished. Definitely can be used as a towel or swaddle blanket. I can't guarantee durability because there is no child yet :) delivered quickly and nicely packaged. We want to try other products from natemia5/3 Update 2019: The baby is already here and this is our favorite blanket/towel. She loves it and so do I. We wash it too often so I order another one even though we have a lot of diapers and a few other comforters. Hands down is one of the best buys a child can buy.
