Good thing Hoover's small commercial vacuum has a tote. This coating requires some muscle to get on the vacuum cleaner as well as on the person and back. The velcro requires a lot of tension for the velcro to close. Putting on and taking off the belt clip requires a fairly strong hand. This tote bag looks well tailored. The small brushes fit easily in the mesh side pocket. This carrying case is quite expensive for a relatively inexpensive portable vacuum. One person placed strips of felt along the bottom of the vacuum, which would be more economical but would drag the vacuum across the floor. So some older people will probably have a hard time using this cover, but more muscular cleaners will probably be fine.
