Just got back from a 7 day trip with this cosmetic bag as my previous one [not this brand, 15 years old and with a large central storage compartment] had a cracked plastic inner lining as well as plastic compartments they were cracking now . it's time for a new one. I couldn't be happier. The amount of small mesh compartments was perfect for storing all the items I took with me. To give an idea of the capacity: toothpaste and toothbrush [both travel sizes] in a mesh inner holder [they are located along the inner rim]; lotion, foundation, eyeliner and mascara together; Mirror and blush on a 3rd, cologne on the 4th. Travel size hairspray, dental floss, Tylenol, snack buds, ziplock bag, 1oz baby oil, travel brush + hair brush and a small bottle of multivitamins all fit in the central storage area. The zip flap that closes the bag also has a zip mesh on the inside of the flap where I store things that are used less often or not at all: eye drops, wide toothed comb for wet hair, nail polish remover pouch, etc. e. There is also an external zipped area on the back of the case which I didn't use on this trip. The bag is compact, fits everything I needed and still has room. Due to its size and flexibility, it packs perfectly into a suitcase. Items are also easy to find and obtain. There is also a hook to hang your bag on the bathroom hooks, although I kept mine upright on my vanity every day. I am very satisfied with this case and can only recommend it. The body is available in many colors; I chose light blue so it's easy to find when I check to make sure everything is ready when I leave the motel.
