Cool Dinosaur; I thought it would be great for Halloween and my young daughter loved it because it didn't look scary. It didn't work at all, never, not for a second. And since I've waited until today to test and approve it, I seem to have gone through the return window, so I'm stuck with a piece of material that doesn't puff up, doesn't glow, and won't be welcome trick-or-treating this Halloween.
