So here is my original review which I partially removed at REQUEST FROM THE COMPANY after they said they would fix my problem which to be honest I didn't find terrible but first let me explain: rather than a properly working toy to send which I doubt is a scam or refund me for knowingly sending an item that is not as described, they chose to play games via email. In fact, they contacted me several times and asked what I was dissatisfied with. It's not surprising that a lot of small businesses do this, but the weird thing was that they actually BIDD me to remove my review until they had time to resolve it. I suggested adding an update which I always see on them but ended up just uninstalling it because I couldn't figure out how to update it (I later found out it was my phone and not the website) . Four emails later they apologize (for the delay) but don't send a replacement or refund and try to offer me a gift card so I don't leave a review. I'm pissed because how many other people who were too busy did it to come back and embarrass her? It was a gift for a child so I didn't stumble upon this problem, I just told my mom how to use this thing, but I probably wouldn't have bought this thing if I had known about the problem from the start. Anyway, this is the original review (which I gave 3 stars but now -3 seems more appropriate) That's nice, the song is about the alphabet in English only, FYI you have to jump right into the little ones too Click letters picture or letter, otherwise everything works. strange. Tested before giving a gift and didn't work well on a couch, must be on a hard surface like a bare floor or wall. It also seems to be the default ABC letter search game, so you need to select "ABC" for little ones to play freely as they learn only letters. By the way, it comes with batteries.
