Soft and comfortable
I'm 5'4" and 109 lbs. The skirt fits. The elastic at the waist can definitely stretch a few inches. It's too long so I have it on Tied on one side. With sneakers so it doesn't last so long in heels. I'd like to wear it low on the hips but too long. I'll have to sew it if I wear it like that. Good, soft fabric. Machine wash and line dry Delicate wash and it came out beautiful.
