I bought this in June 2017 or about 10 months ago. Everything worked fine for about 9 months, but the magenta cartridge somehow burst and blocked all the other cartridges. I'm giving 3 stars because it worked reasonably well for 9 months and still had 70% toner left, but I wouldn't buy it again. Let's go back to reading the reviews and look for alternatives, both for this brand and for the HP brand, whose prices are frankly outrageous. an email from a representative of Global Toner, the seller of this product. She regretted the issues I was having with the toner cartridge and offered to replace the entire set for free. After 2 days I received and installed new cartridges. After about 10 days of installation there were no issues and the problem I was having was resolved. The prints look great again. And after receiving it, the seller got back to make sure everything works well. The representative stated that from what I have described it appears that the original magenta cartridge had a defect. I really couldn't ask for better customer service. To be honest I didn't even know the product was covered by a 2 year warranty or I would have contacted them but the fact that they contacted me speaks volumes. I am currently upgrading my rating to 5 stars on the basis that (a) the customer service I receive has been outstanding. Problems happen, but I couldn't ask for a better solution than what they offer, and (b) the print quality is again very good, and (3) for only 20% the cost of HP replacement cartridges and a two-year warranty, I personally by the seller, what do I have to lose? If there is a quality difference between this toner and HP toner, I certainly can't tell and I doubt there will be any others. As I mentioned in my original review, HP charging almost $450 for a toner replacement is half a rip off.
