Review on 🌿 L'Oreal Paris Skincare HydraFresh Toner - Alcohol Free, Pro-Vitamin B5 Toner by Tony Mayes

L'Oreal has come up with a new formula for 2021. The lightly scented round bottle containing Beta Hydroxy Acid (salicylic acid) for light chemical peeling is being discontinued. Hydra Fresh Toner is now more of a square bottle with a fragrance that can best be described as "hairspray". I'm so sad. I've been using this product for over a decade and it looks like it's been replaced by this new, nonsensical and heavily scented version of the Product.
