Review on Intel I5 9400F Desktop Processor Graphics by John Banks

You'll save about $100 by choosing this processor over the i5-9600k. This i5-9400F is locked and cannot be overclocked. It works at 2.9 GHz and is throttled to 4.0. So far I'm enjoying it, but the overclocking demon in me wants me to spend more. In fact, this processor is cool and does everything I throw at it with ease. I paired mine with a Gigabyte Z390 UD and 3200MHz DDR4, speeding up the memory bus! Added XFX RX580 graphics card and the game is great! The $100 saved is mostly used to pay for your storage, SSD or even your liquid cooler which by the way doesn't have to be a double wide heatsink as this CPU is only rated at 65W and runs cool so I went with it a heatsink. and everything works very cool, so if you are on a tight budget this processor is what you need!
