This vacuum cleaner is perfect if you like playing hide and seek or just cleaning the edges of the room. It was my first robot vacuum and I almost gave up hope of robotic help to keep my house clean in a house covered in my critters' fur. Neato gets off to a great start, hitting every edge of the room, but after a few minutes it becomes clear that if he leaves the center of the room untouched, he won't fall off his perimeter rail. To make matters worse, Neato will display the "View blocked" error after just a few minutes if there are no obstacles in his path. It happens to everyone. Single. Time. Therefore, there is no hope of finding it docked after cleaning. The manufacturer offers little to no troubleshooting help and tries to offload the problem to the vacuum repairer. Don't worry, there are better products at the best price!
