Rubberized inner windbreaker allows wearing a windbreaker
I have worked in rubber clothing for many years. The inside of this jacket is lined with rubber material. It doesn't breathe well and you end up feeling like you're in a sweat box and maybe just got wet without it. A few positives are that it is lightweight and functions as a mediocre windbreaker.
