Arrived on January 8th and the ear defender broke off the earpiece

I only wear them at night when I get home from work and take off my contact lenses. I also have several other pairs of readers and since I've had them they have had minimal use and the ear defenders have already come off the temple. I tried to make a return or exchange but I don't have a 30 day window so Revain didn't allow it. I'm disappointed and a little upset that they broke so quickly. I will not buy again.
