I would buy this chair again. A bit of history, I'm a 5ft 1in human and weigh 180 pounds. I can't find normal chairs that you can wear every day (I work from home). If I find a large and high chair, they are usually too big for me. I'm my height and either I can't touch the floor or the "Ergo-Pillow" on top makes my head dangle in an uncomfortable position. I read many reviews about it before I decided to buy it. reviews and for the price it was at least worth a try it was delivered insanely fast two days after ordering i had it the packaging was a little wobbly the tape on the box is open at the top (glue not strong enough or something) and the box itself seemed flimsy to be. I was worried until I opened it. Everything rattled in the box, but everything was fine. Each piece was wrapped in bubble wrap so everything was protected. We got all the parts out. and found two slips of paper inside, the instructions were nominal at best, accompanied by pictures showing details but no explanation. Still, we managed to put it together fairly easily. Tip: Screw the screws on the armrests to the chairs like nuts to a tire. That takes a lot less effort. The screws are long enough to reach the chair, but if you overtighten one side, you won't be able to screw the other side in place. We put everything together and it feels nice and solid. Sits well and rolls well. (we have a wooden floor) Some things surprised me, the handles are good and durable. The product image makes them look like they are cheap flimsy plastic, but they are not. OK. Plastic yes, but they are not flimsy. The arm pads are really good but I can see them wearing down over time. The seat cushions are heavenly. Seriously, and for short people, a little extra pillow on the lap is very comfortable and it will help circulation I think when I'm sitting. At the lowest level my feet are touching the ground the way I want them to, I'm not shrunken and at max height I can't touch the ground at all. The lower part is where the casters are, this part is as solid as the armrests and I feel very secure in the chair. Cons for me one. For some reason the back of the seat has a weird angle, I'm not sure if it's just because I'm short and don't sit like normal people or whatever, but it's not a right 90 degree angle after rear. However, it is very comfortable when you lean back on it. also its assembly at home, not the best guide, and a few screws didn't fit together. It ended up taking three of us to assemble it. pillow for the hands. Although new now they are great but I can see they will not last as long as the rest of the chair. Perhaps the company will provide a replacement in the future so we can extend the life of the chair? All is said and done. I will really enjoy this chair. I recommend it and will buy another one if the need arises.
