2nd update: Keep enjoying this system. Filters are very easy to change and inexpensive. I recently had a small problem with mine so I contacted the support team. Nick took incredible care of fixing my issue immediately and getting me up and running again! He was very quick to respond and made the process a breeze! Thank you Nick! --- Update: installed and amazed! It was so incredibly easy to install. Works incredibly well. My faucet is 400ppm TDS, Brita is 375 TDS. With the iSpring 13TDS system! Much better than I would have expected. Everyone noticed what a wonderful taste the water has! I ended up ordering a different system for my grandma's house so she no longer has to carry water bottles from the store. ---- When I was looking for a quality reverse osmosis system with inexpensive filters, everything and everything pointed me to iSpring. systems. I couldn't be happier. The build quality of every component is top notch and I really can't believe how cheap these kits are! This compares to systems that nearly double the price, and yet they keep the cost of their filters incredibly low and affordable. The instructions are very clear, the kit is very easy to install and I look forward to many years of great water. I also want to highlight that the customer service is fantastic. The fitting that came with the kit didn't really match my faucet finish and a simple contact with iSpring and another finish is on its way to me! This is great as I expected I would have to buy one myself. Super fast and friendly communication. Satisfied customer!
